True healing is not linear — but it does have a direction. The My Heart Made Whole framework was built on the belief that every woman who has experienced heartbreak carries both a wound that needs tending and a wholeness that is waiting to emerge.
This journey does not rush you. It does not minimize your pain. It meets you exactly where you are and walks with you — through scripture, guided reflection, and practical tools — across three transformative stages.
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you." — Isaiah 43:2
This is not about getting over it. This is about walking through it — and coming out whole on the other side.
Before healing can begin, truth must come to light. The Reveal stage is about uncovering the hidden wounds, ungodly soul ties, and false beliefs that have taken root in the aftermath of heartbreak — not to dwell in the pain, but to name it, bring it before God, and begin the journey to freedom. "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." — John 8:32

Pathway to Freedom
Healing is not just what happens in your heart — it happens in your mind. The Renew stage addresses the thoughts, patterns, and inner narratives that heartbreak has distorted. Through the renewal of your mind in scripture, you begin to see yourself, your past, and your future the way God sees them. "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2
Understand the Present
Prepare for the Future
Identify and Heal the Broken Parts
You were not created to be defined by what you lost. The Rebuild stage is about rediscovering — and fully stepping into — the identity, purpose, and capacity for love that God wove into you before you were born. This is where the woman God always intended you to be begins to emerge. "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." — Ephesians 2:10
